Biografie
Franchot Tone (27. Februar 1905 – 18. September 1968) war ein US-amerikanischer Bühnen-, Film- und Fernsehschauspieler. Er spielte die Hauptrolle in „Meuterei auf der Bounty“ (1935) und in zahlreichen weiteren Filmen der 1960er Jahre. Anfang der 1960er Jahre war Tone in Charakterrollen in Fernsehserien wie „Bonanza“, „Wagon Train“, „The Twilight Zone“ und „The Alfred Hitchcock Hour“ zu sehen.
