Edward Irving Koch (12. Dezember 1924 – 1. Februar 2013) war ein US-amerikanischer Politiker, der von 1969 bis 1977 dem Repräsentantenhaus der Vereinigten Staaten angehörte und von 1978 bis 1989 Bürgermeister von New York City war. Koch war eine beliebte Persönlichkeit; er fuhr mit der New Yorker U-Bahn und stand an Straßenecken, um Passanten mit dem Slogan „Wie geht’s mir?“ zu grüßen.
