Amber Nicole Benson (* 8. Januar 1977) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, Autorin, Regisseurin und Filmproduzentin. Am bekanntesten ist sie für ihre Rolle als Tara Maclay in der Fernsehserie „Buffy – Im Bann der Dämonen“, hat aber auch bei ihren eigenen Filmen „Chance“ (2002) und „Lovers, Liars & Lunatics“ (2006) Regie geführt, diese produziert und darin mitgespielt. Außerdem ist sie gemeinsam mit Adam Busch Co-Regisseurin von „Drones“ (2010).
